Plant Manager
I began with Leader Industries over 20 years ago, having been employed here more than half of my life. I started in an entry level position and worked my way up to Purchasing and Parts Sales, followed by the position as Service Manager. I have hands-on experience on the production line actually building ambulances. These experiences enable me to know and understand what it takes to build an ambulance and properly service our customer needs.
I am the plant manager for Leader Industries, which means I am responsible for everyone and everything in the plant. I plan the build schedule and assign start dates for every ambulance. With four buildings in our complex I am responsible for keeping track of the progress on every project. I also interface with all levels of internal management and production as well as occasionally working directly with customers on a project.
