I have been with Leader for over 7 years, have four years of Ford dealership experience and hold a Ford Master's Service Technician Certificate, specializing in electronics.
I understand what our customers experience in the ambulance as I am also an EMT and Nurse. These experiences uniquely qualify me to address a variety of issues with everything from the mechanics of the vehicle to assisting with quality control to make sure our products meet and exceed expectations for quality of build, design, compliance and fit and finish. One of my duties is to test drive every unit before it is delivered to the customer to make sure it is service-ready.
